OXITECH Portable Gas Analyzer – MAP Package Quality Control

OXITECH is a portable gas analysis instrument developed to rapidly and accurately measure gas mixture composition in modified atmosphere packaged (MAP) food containers. The ceramic solid-state O2 sensor ensures long-term durability and precise measurement, while the IP67 protection rating provides resistance to dust and moisture in production environments.

The instrument is available in three models depending on the gas parameters to be measured: OXITECH O2 (O2 only), OXITECH O2/CO2 (O2 and CO2), and OXITECH O2/CO2/N2 (O2, CO2, and N2). Each model performs measurements at 0.1% resolution within the 0-100% range using only 5 ml sample volume and features data storage for up to 100 measurements.

Manufactured in Turkey by SMT Technology, the instrument holds CE, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000 certifications. Its 5-inch touchscreen display ensures ease of operation and enables rapid integration into MAP quality control processes on food packaging lines.
