The JSR JSWB-T series is a microprocessor-controlled heated water bath engineered for sample heating, incubation, and temperature stabilization in laboratory environments. Featuring a direct-immersion stainless steel sheathed heater element, the unit operates across a wide range from ambient+5°C to 120°C, delivering ±0.2°C accuracy at 37.0°C in the JSWB-11T model.

The bath incorporates a 3-zone PID temperature control algorithm that maintains stable performance across the entire operating range. A Class A Pt-100 sensor enables precise temperature measurement, while 3-point temperature calibration and 1-point offset calibration allow users to optimize accuracy. Overheat and overcurrent protection functions ensure safe operation.

The bath tank is fabricated from electropolished seamless stainless steel 304, while the chassis features epoxy powder-coated steel construction. A perforated stainless steel 304 heating cover promotes uniform water distribution within the bath. Available in 6, 11, 22, and 30 liter capacities to meet diverse sample volume requirements.
