SafeFAST 312 is a fully enclosed Class III microbiological safety cabinet manufactured by Faster (Italy) and designed for work with pathogenic hazard group 4 agents. Used in BSL-3/BSL-4 laboratories, this cabinet completely isolates the operator from infectious or toxic materials through a totally sealed work chamber and glove ports.

The work chamber operates under negative pressure with ISO 5 laminar airflow, employing dual HEPA H14 exhaust filtration; this protects both operator and product from cross-contamination. Material transfer is performed through a HEPA-filtered pass-through opening while maintaining cabinet integrity; synchronized interlocking inner and outer doors prevent contamination risk during transfers.

Ergonomic sloped front viewing window, standard glove ports, foot-pedal door control, and stainless steel (AISI 304L) interior surfaces facilitate routine laboratory operations.
