EcoTaq 2x PCR Master Mix is engineered for efficient and high-accuracy amplification of template DNA up to 10 kb. The master mix is supplied at 2x concentration and contains EcoTaq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and optimized buffer components. The integrated blue dye enables immediate gel loading of PCR products without additional loading buffer. PCR products contain a mixture of blunt ends and 3' A-overhangs, making them suitable for direct T/A cloning applications.
