Atago RX-5000α-Bev Automatic Digital Refractometer

The RX-5000α-Bev is Atago's re-engineered version of the RX-5000α model specifically designed for the beverage industry, featuring a flat sample stage instead of a well-type sample chamber. The flat surface design simplifies post-measurement cleaning of viscous and dark samples such as fruit juices, alcoholic beverages, and syrups, while reducing sample exchange time.

The instrument measures within 0.000–100.000 Brix and 1.32700–1.58000 nD ranges with ±0.00004 nD refractive index accuracy and ±0.03% Brix accuracy. It supports data output via RS-232C to printers or computers. With compact dimensions of 37×26×14 cm and a weight of 6.1 kg, it occupies minimal laboratory space.

This refractometer is ideal for quality control laboratories in beverage production facilities, R&D departments conducting Brix and concentration monitoring, and high-throughput operations.
