The PAL-BX|ACID11 Master Kit combines ATAGO's refractometry and electrical conductivity principles through hybrid technology to simultaneously measure Brix, citric acid, and sugar/acid ratio in plums and plum products. Designed for plum producers, processing facilities, and quality control laboratories.

The instrument provides precise measurement across a wide citric acid range (0.10-4.00%) that accommodates the relatively high acid levels found in plum fruits. The reagent-free and titration-free measurement principle delivers significantly faster and more practical results compared to conventional chemical acid titration; measurement is completed in approximately 3 seconds. With IP65 protection rating and 100 gram weight, it operates reliably in field and processing environments.
