Apera Instruments PH8500-BR Portable pH Meter (For Beverages)

The Apera Instruments PH8500-BR is a portable pH measurement device developed for beverage manufacturers and quality control laboratories. It delivers reliable results even in hot and challenging samples such as beer, wine, fruit juice, and kombucha. The device comes with a LabSen 213 glass 3-in-1 pH/temperature electrode and can operate on samples at temperatures up to 212°F, eliminating the need to wait for samples to cool down.

The meter supports automatic calibration with automatic buffer recognition, automatic temperature compensation, and stable reading/auto-hold modes. Smart diagnostic functions alert users to out-of-range values, electrode invalidity, and calibration errors; calibration reminders and date tracking ensure GLP-compliant operation. GLP-standard data management allows storage of 500 data records with USB transfer capability.

The IP57 waterproof housing, large white backlit LCD display, and soft silicone protective case provide convenient operation both in the field and on laboratory benches. The foldable stand allows desktop meter-style operation. AAA battery power ensures portability.
