Soif DBR85 Digital Handheld Refractometer (0-85 Brix)

The Soif DBR85 is a digital handheld refractometer designed for general-purpose Brix measurement. With a 0-85% Brix measurement range and 0.1% accuracy, it delivers reliable results for high-sugar-content samples such as syrups, jams, honey, and fruit juice concentrates.

The instrument features automatic temperature compensation (ATC), which eliminates the need for manual adjustments when measurements are taken at different ambient temperatures, ensuring accurate Brix readings. Unlike analog handheld refractometers, results are displayed clearly on a digital screen, reducing reading errors and improving ease of use.

With a weight of 230 g and compact dimensions of 185 x 59 x 45 mm, it is easily portable for field work and laboratory environments. The device does not have an IP65 protection rating; therefore, careful handling in humid environments is required, and thorough drying after cleaning is necessary.
