Soif DBR35 Digital Handheld Milk Refractometer (0-35 Brix)

The Soif DBR35 is a handheld digital refractometer designed to measure Brix values and refractive index on a digital display for milk and similar liquid products. It provides a practical and rapid measurement solution for milk processing facilities, food laboratories, and quality control departments.

The instrument operates within a measurement range of 0-35 Brix, with a refractive index (nD) scale of 1.3330-1.3900, and delivers results with 0.2% accuracy. Through automatic temperature compensation (ATC), consistent measurements are obtained regardless of ambient temperature fluctuations. With compact dimensions (185 x 59 x 45 mm) and a weight of 230 g, it is suitable for both field and laboratory applications.

Operating on the principle of simple sample application and digital readout, the instrument provides faster results and eliminates eye strain compared to conventional analog refractometers.
