The JSR JSWB-TL series is a digital water bath featuring indirect heating via a ceramic heating element positioned beneath the bath floor. This design ensures the water does not make direct contact with the heating element, delivering more uniform heat distribution, with circulation further supported by a perforated base plate.

The instrument operates between ambient temperature +5°C and 70°C, with accuracy of ±0.2°C and uniformity of ±0.5°C specified at the 37.0°C reference point. It employs a Class A Pt-100 sensor and a digital microprocessor-based PID control system featuring a 3-zone temperature control algorithm, which enables independent optimization of low, mid, and high operating zones across the entire working range. Three-point and one-point offset calibration options allow users to fine-tune accuracy as required.

The cabinet is constructed from epoxy powder-coated steel, the bath reservoir from electropolished seamless 304 stainless steel, and the heater cover from perforated 304 stainless steel. Over-temperature and over-current protection are provided as standard safety features. Available in 6, 11, 22, and 30 litre capacity options to accommodate varying sample loads and capacity requirements. Single-phase operation: 220V ±10% AC, 50/60Hz.
