Immunoaffinity Columns IAC Zearalenone are used for sample clean-up (clean-up) prior to accurate determination of zearalenone levels in cereal, feed, and food samples by HPLC-FLD. These columns, manufactured by BBI Solutions, are the preferred choice in mycotoxin analysis laboratories for routine and accredited testing procedures.

The column is effective in a working range of 5–500 ng zearalenone per IAC and provides an 85% recovery rate. While demonstrating 100% specificity for zearalenone, it also provides high cross-reactivity to zearalanol and zearalenol derivatives, enabling detection of related metabolites. With a 3 ml column volume, it is compatible with standard HPLC preparation workflows.
