This immunoaffinity column manufactured by BBI Solutions is engineered to extract Deoxynivalenol (DON) and Zearalenone (ZEA) mycotoxins from grain and food samples in a single-step process. A practical solution for food and feed laboratories equipped with HPLC-FLD or HPLC-MS systems.

The column operates within a 5–500 ng working range and delivers recovery rates exceeding 85% for both toxins. With a column capacity of 1.8µg for DON and 2.7µg for Zearalenone, it is well-suited for routine sample loads. Cross-reactivity data are provided, indicating the extent to which related mycotoxin metabolites (Nivalenol, Acetyl-DON derivatives, Zearalanols/Zearalenol isomers) are detected, which is important for result interpretation.

With a 3ml column volume and package options of 10, 30, 50, and 100 cartridges, supply flexibility is provided to accommodate different laboratory capacities.
