LabTouch-aw is a portable water activity (aw) measurement device designed for liquid, gel-like, and solid samples. Its ergonomic design and intuitive touchscreen interface make water activity measurement simpler than ever. The instrument features patented NOVALYTE® measurement technology with 0.001aw resolution, partial temperature control, and integrated sample surface temperature measurement to ensure accurate and reproducible results. Featuring contactless infrared sampling technology and a maintenance-free aw sensor, it is suitable for quality control and R&D laboratories, as well as production line monitoring in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries. The intuitive menu structure displays water activity (Aw), measurement time, and temperature values on a single screen.
