The PC 3001 VARIO-PRO is a chemical-resistant diaphragm pump with integrated VACUU·SELECT control unit that automatically optimizes vacuum levels. Designed for laboratories working with high-boiling-point solvents, it automatically adjusts motor speed based on the solvent's boiling point, reducing process time while providing quiet, low-vibration operation.

The 4-head/3-stage pump structure delivers a maximum pumping speed of 2.0 m³/h and ultimate vacuum of 2.0 mbar, making it suitable for standard laboratory applications including rotary evaporation, distillation, filtration, and concentration. A glass inlet separator prevents particulates and liquid droplets from entering the pump, extending pump lifetime. Oil-free operation eliminates sample contamination risk and reduces maintenance requirements.

The VACUU·SELECT interface supports multiple operating modes—from manual setpoint control to fully automated distillation programs—enabling ease of use in both simple and complex applications.
