SITA CleanoSpector is a portable measurement instrument developed for production and quality control teams who want to quickly and objectively verify component cleanliness before surface coating and surface processing procedures. Using the fluorescence measurement principle, it detects contamination such as oils and coolant-lubricant residues; with optional reference curves, it can also measure the thickness of fine layers such as oils, anti-corrosion agents, and adhesives.

Operation is straightforward: the operator selects a surface profile, initiates the measurement with a single button, and receives the result in percentage within 1-10 seconds. A value of 100% corresponds to the completely clean reference surface used during calibration. Acceptable minimum cleanliness limits can be defined in the instrument, allowing the operator to see instantly whether each component meets standards.

The device features internal memory capable of recording 255 profiles with up to 8191 measurements per profile, data transfer and charging capabilities via USB interface, and an aluminum housing that weighs 530 grams, making it suitable for field use. It is a reliable quality control tool for the automotive, metal processing, and coating industries where cleanliness inspection prior to coating must be documented.
