ChemoMetec Solution 8 – DAPI PBS 25ml (910-3008)

Solution 8 is a DAPI-containing PBS-based reagent manufactured for the ChemoMetec NC-3000 cell analysis instrument. DAPI binds to double-stranded DNA in cells with compromised membrane integrity (dead cells), providing fluorescent labeling to enable live/dead discrimination.

Solution 8 is used in combination with Solution 7 to perform the Mitochondrial Potential Assay on the NC-3000. The ready-to-use formulation can be directly incorporated into the protocol without requiring additional mixing or preparation steps.
