Chemometec Solution 13 (AO-DAPI) 1ml – Viability Reagent for NC-3000

Solution 13 is a staining reagent combining acridine orange (AO) and DAPI used with Chemometec NC-3000 cell counting instruments. AO stains all cells (live+dead) to provide total cell count, while DAPI stains only dead cells. The combined use of these two dyes enables NucleoView software to automatically calculate total cell count, dead cell count, viable cell concentration, and viability (%) values.

The product is used in Viability and Cell Counting tests performed with NC-Slide A2 or NC-Slide A8. The 1ml package volume is a practical consumable for routine viability analysis in cell culture laboratories.
