3M™ Clean-Trace™ Hygiene Control and Monitoring System – For Hotels

3M™ Clean-Trace™ is an ATP measurement and reporting system designed for hotel and hospitality operations seeking rapid and objective verification of cleaning and disinfection effectiveness. The system comprises a luminometer and integrated software; by measuring adenosine tri-phosphate (ATP) content in samples, compliance with hygiene standards is established in under one minute.

The system enables hierarchical definition of all test points—including guest room locations, kitchen critical control points, elevators, pools, and water sources. Hygiene standards can be established for each point and programmed into the device; results are automatically categorized as "pass," "caution," and "fail."

The ergonomic, single-hand-operated luminometer transmits data to the central system via wireless or wired network connectivity. This enables remote monitoring of hygiene status across multiple facility locations from a single management platform. Root cause analysis features in the reporting functionality allow audit teams to rapidly identify and address problem areas.
