The Atago PAL-03S is a digital handheld refractometer specifically engineered to rapidly measure sodium chloride (NaCl) solution concentration in de-icing agent applications. Designed for winter road maintenance crews, salt solution preparation stations, and infrastructure maintenance departments, it delivers immediate on-site results without laboratory dependency.

The instrument operates within a 0.0-28.0% NaCl measurement range with 0.1% resolution. Measurement is completed in approximately 3 seconds using only 2-3 sample drops, enabling rapid decision-making under harsh field conditions.
