Apera PH850-SL Portable pH Meter for Soil Analysis

The Apera Instruments PH850-SL is a portable pH meter specifically engineered for direct pH measurement in field soils and potted substrates without slurry preparation. The LabSen 553 spear-type 3-in-1 pH/temperature combo electrode allows direct insertion into soil for immediate readings.

The meter measures across 0-14 pH with ±0.01 pH accuracy, features automatic recognition of 12 calibration buffer solutions for streamlined calibration, and delivers stable readings with automatic temperature compensation (0-100°C). Intelligent functions including out-of-range warning, electrode invalidation detection, and automatic calibration diagnostics prevent measurement errors.
