Portable pH Meter APERA PH850-SS for Semi-Solid Samples

The APERA Instruments PH850-SS Portable pH Meter is specifically engineered for pH measurement of semi-solid products including food samples (meat, cheese, dairy products, fruits, etc.), canned goods, and other semi-solid matrices such as soil. The LabSen® spear-type electrode features food-grade stainless steel construction, solid electrolyte, and long-life reference electrode system, making the probe highly resistant to contamination.

This portable pH analyzer offers pH range of 0-14 with ±0.01 pH accuracy and operating temperature range of 0-80°C (32-176°F). The meter supports automatic calibration with recognition of up to 12 buffer solutions, automatic temperature compensation, and stable reading/auto-hold display mode. Advanced digital filter technology optimizes response time and measurement accuracy.

Intelligent functions include automatic self-diagnosis, out-of-range detection, calibration error alerts, and electrode validity indicators. Additional features comprise automatic calibration, auto-lock, simplified parameter settings, pH electrode slope display, and automatic shutdown. The robust design includes a foldable stand for benchtop use, soft silicone protective case for secure grip, connector protection cap, and IP57 waterproof rating. Powered by 3 AA batteries.
