Atago PAL-SALT PROBE (4222) Immersion Probe Type Salt Concentration Meter

PAL-SALT PROBE is Atago's immersion probe type salt concentration meter utilizing conductivity methodology. Instead of classical sampling, it directly immerses the probe into liquid or semi-solid food, measuring salt concentration (g/100g) within 3 seconds. It provides a practical solution for production lines working with large tanks, containers, and deep liquid volumes.

Operating in the 0.00-7.0% measurement range, the device offers 0.01% resolution in the low range (0.00-1.99%) with ±0.1% accuracy, while applying relative accuracy in upper ranges. The 570mm electrode probe and 400mm cable length enable easy access to deep tanks and large containers. With IP65 protection class, it can be safely used in humid and dusty industrial environments; the backlit display improves readability under low light conditions.

Important note: Immersion measurement results may show inconsistency at different locations and differ from dilution method measurements. Therefore, consistency of measurement points should be monitored in non-homogeneous samples. Powered by 2 x AAA alkaline batteries, the device enables independent field and production line operation.
