Atago PAL-Easy ACID7 Master Kit – Blueberry Acidity Analyzer

PAL-Easy ACID7 Master Kit is a digital acidity meter that combines ATAGO's electrical conductivity technology with citric acid calibration to rapidly and reagent-free measure acidity levels in blueberry and blueberry-based products. Designed for production facilities and laboratories that perform quality control on products such as fresh blueberries, blueberry juice, and dried blueberries.

The device measures within a 0.10-4.00% citric acid range and offers ±0.10% accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range and ±10% relative sensitivity in the 1.01-4.00% range. Measurement time is approximately 3 seconds, and unlike traditional titration methods, it requires no reagents or glassware, reducing both operational costs and waste management burden. With IP65 protection rating and 100 gram weight, it is suitable for field and production facility conditions. The Master Kit package includes complementary accessories such as a digital scale, glass beaker, and measuring spoon, allowing measurements to begin without additional equipment purchases.

Automatic temperature compensation (10.0-40.0°C operating range) ensures consistent results under varying environmental conditions. Powered by 2 x AAA batteries, the device provides a practical solution for extended field use.
