ATAGO PAL-Easy ACID40 Master Kit is a portable instrument that measures chlorogenic acid concentration in coffee cherry and cherry pulp samples using electrical conductivity technology, delivering fast, reagent-free results. At coffee farms, processing facilities, and quality control laboratories, it provides a far more practical alternative to traditional titration methods.

The instrument measures within the 0.10-1.90% acid range; delivering ±0.10% absolute accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range and ±10% relative sensitivity in the 1.01-1.90% range. Measurement time is approximately 3 seconds with automatic temperature compensation operating between 10-40°C. The absence of chemical reagents and glassware requirements provides advantages in both cost and safety.

The Master Kit package includes the instrument along with accessories necessary for measurement such as a digital balance, glass beaker, and measuring spoon. With IP65 protection rating and 100 g weight, it is suitable for field conditions; approximately 5000 measurements can be performed with 2 AAA batteries.
