The Binder CB170 is a CO2-controlled incubator with a 170-liter interior volume, designed for cell culture and tissue studies. The unit maintains a stable culture environment with a temperature fluctuation of ±0.1K at 37°C and a recovery time of just 6 minutes following a 30-second door opening. Its contamination prevention concept, validated through 180°C hot-air sterilization, allows both the interior surfaces and the CO2 sensor to be safely sterilized. The DuoDoor system pairs the outer unit door with a tempered-glass inner door that opens with a single handle, offering convenient everyday operation.
