SMEG WD7015 Washing, Drying and Disinfection Unit

The SMEG WD7015 is a high-capacity washer-dryer-disinfector designed for hygienic cleaning, drying, and thermal disinfection of medical and laboratory instruments and equipment. With 15 DIN basket capacity and dual-hinged full glass door design, it is ideal for central sterile processing departments and laboratories with demanding workflow requirements.

The unit delivers effective thermal disinfection with wash temperatures reaching 95°C. Twenty preset programs combined with twenty customizable program options provide flexible operation for varying materials and soil levels. The dual-sided, multilingual color TFT touchscreen ensures intuitive operation, while wash cycle records can be downloaded via USB port; optional LAN connectivity enables network-based monitoring and documentation.

With a maximum power demand of 13 kW and 3/N/PE 400V supply connection, industrial electrical infrastructure is required. Full glass doors enable visual monitoring of the wash process, ensuring safe loading and unloading of instruments.
