The AgraStrip® Egg test kit is a lateral flow device (LFD) strip test designed for rapid on-site detection of egg residues in raw materials, finished products, beverages, rinse water, and environmental surfaces. It provides qualitative results and offers a practical solution for food manufacturers who need to quickly assess allergen contamination risk without requiring laboratory equipment.

With a low detection limit, it can capture even trace amounts of egg residues, making it a reliable tool for allergen cross-contamination control and cleaning validation procedures. Each box contains 10 tests and should be stored between 15°C-25°C.
