The Poleko ILW400 is a 424-liter refrigerated incubator used in microbiological laboratories and temperature-controlled applications such as BOD determination. Forced air convection ensures uniform temperature distribution within the chamber and delivers precise control with 0.1°C resolution.

The unit is controlled via a 4.3-inch full-color touch screen microprocessor controller; temperature settings can be easily adjusted via an external LCD graphic display. An optional version capable of operating in the range of -10°C to +70°C is suitable for both above and below ambient temperature applications. Standard 3 shelves with a maximum capacity of 14 shelves provide flexible usage options according to different specimen volumes.

SMART and SMART PRO models are supplied with powder-coated steel housing, while IG SMART and IG SMART PRO models feature stainless steel (DIN 1.4301) cladding. The dual-door design (observation window glass inner door + outer door) allows monitoring of specimens without opening. The unit utilizes an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant for cooling.
