Novatek 5053T is a combination pH electrode designed for direct insertion/penetration method pH measurement in solid and semi-solid food matrices such as meat and meat products. Due to its stainless steel body, it can easily penetrate meat tissue and is safely used in food production and quality control laboratories.

The electrode performs measurements in the 0-14 pH range and has a working temperature range of 0-60°C. The ceramic diaphragm structure provides balanced contact of reference electrolyte with the sample, while the polymer electrode body offers chemical resistance. Each electrode is certified with a serial number to ensure traceability.

For compatibility with BNC or DIN socket pH meters, separate connection cables (S7 Cable) are required; the appropriate cable should be selected according to the instrument's socket type.
