Atago PAL-BX|ACID9 Master Kit – Pineapple Brix-Acid Analyzer

The PAL-BX|ACID9 Master Kit combines Atago's refractometry and electrical conductivity principles using hybrid technology to deliver sugar (Brix) and citric acid values in a single measurement for pineapple and pineapple derivatives. It provides a practical solution for pineapple processing facilities, fruit juice manufacturers, and quality control laboratories.

Without requiring reagents or titration, simply place the sample on the prism and press START to obtain results in approximately 3 seconds. The wide Brix measurement range of 0.0-90.0% and optimized high-acid measurement range of 0.10-3.50% citric acid enable assessment of varying ripeness levels from raw fruit to overripe specimens. The instrument automatically calculates the sugar/acid ratio, simplifying maturity and quality evaluation.

With IP65 protection rating and a lightweight, compact 100 g body measuring 55×31×109 mm, it operates reliably in harsh field environments such as plantations, storage facilities, and processing plants. The glass-free design eliminates breakage risk, and the 2 AAA battery powering enables over 5000 measurements per charge. The Master Kit includes all necessary accessories for measurement.
