The Apera PH8500-MT is a portable pH meter specifically engineered for direct pH measurement of solid food samples such as meat, meat products, and fish. Equipped with a food-grade stainless steel blade-type LabSen 763 electrode, it enables easy insertion into samples and provides clean, rapid, and hygienic measurements—making it an ideal solution for meat processing facilities, food quality control laboratories, and R&D departments.

The instrument performs measurements with ±0.01 pH accuracy and features automatic temperature compensation (0–100°C) and automatic calibration that recognizes 12 different buffer solutions, simplifying operation. With stable reading/auto-hold display mode and advanced digital filtering, response time is reduced and results become more reliable.

Intelligent diagnostic functions (out-of-range alerts, electrode invalidation warnings, calibration reminders) minimize user errors.
