Alliance Bio Expertise MIXWEL Stomacher Blender – Sample Homogenization Device

MIXWEL is a stomacher blender manufactured by Alliance Bio Expertise, featuring a patented pendulum motion system. It is designed for rapid and efficient homogenization of food microbiology and clinical samples in sterile bags. Through progressive speed control, the device applies up to 70 kg pressure per stroke, ensuring complete homogenization even with challenging samples.

The device is suitable for 400 mL and 50 mL processing operations. The MIXWEL model operates at 54 dBA, while the MIXWEL+ model runs at 48 dBA for quieter operation. MIXWEL+ additionally features progressive mixing and variable speed adjustment. Both models include removable stainless steel paddles and an integrated waste tank for easy cleaning.

Weighing 14 kg with compact dimensions (220 x 410 x 340 mm), MIXWEL occupies minimal bench space in the laboratory. It operates on 230V-50Hz power. It is a practical solution for food safety laboratories, clinical microbiology units, and sample preparation facilities.
