Romer Labs Agrastrip® Casein Allergen Strip Test – 1 Box 10 Tests

Agrastrip® Casein is a lateral flow (LFD) strip test developed for on-site detection of milk protein casein residues in food production lines and samples. Due to its ease of application outside the laboratory, it is preferred in quality control and sanitation verification processes requiring rapid results.

The test qualitatively detects (present/absent) casein traces in raw materials, finished food products and beverages, equipment rinse waters, and environmental surface samples. With sensitivity down to 1 ppm casein level, it provides a significant advantage in early detection of allergen cross-contamination risks. For swab testing, a detection limit of 1 µg casein applies on 25 cm² surface area.

The kit is particularly suitable for routine applications such as production line sanitation control and supplier verification due to its ease of use and rapid result delivery. The box containing 10 tests offers a practical solution for mid-scale testing requirements.

Storage at room temperature (15°C-25°C) and no requirement for cold chain provides convenience in terms of transport and storage.
