Suitable for food and feed safety laboratories employing HPLC-FLD or comparable chromatographic techniques. The columns deliver >85% recovery across the 5–500 ng DON working range per column and accommodate most sample matrices with a 1.8 µg column capacity. The antibody exhibits 100% specificity to DON while demonstrating known cross-reactivity with Nivalenol (31%), 15-Acetyl-DON (33%), and 3-Acetyl-DON (<1%); these values should be considered during analytical interpretation. Manufactured by BBI Solutions, the columns are available in 10, 30, 50, and 100-unit packages (3ml volume), allowing selection of appropriate pack size for laboratory requirements.
