TFA 30.1050 Penetration Probe Digital Thermometer

The TFA 30.1050 is a penetration-type digital thermometer designed to quickly and reliably measure the temperature of liquids, powders, and solid materials in kitchens and food production environments. With its 110mm collapsible probe, it is pocket-sized and portable, and folds shut for protection when not in use.

Thanks to its IP65 ingress protection rating, it can be safely used in liquid measurements and humid environments. The wide measurement range of -30°C to +350°C allows for various applications, from frozen foods to hot oil. Its compliance with EN13485 standard supports its use in food safety processes. The automatic shut-off function extends battery life, and the device comes ready to use with the included CR2032 cell.

With its lightweight construction (73g) and compact dimensions (150/260 x 40 x 19mm), it provides a practical solution in kitchens, food production, catering, and quality control applications.
