Atago PAL-BX|ACID7 Master Kit — Blueberry Brix-Acid Analyzer

Atago PAL-BX|ACID7 Master Kit employs combined refractometry and electrical conductivity measurement principles to simultaneously measure Brix, citric acid, and sugar/acid ratio in blueberries and blueberry products. Requiring no reagents or titration procedures, it delivers practical, fast, and reproducible results in the field, warehouse, or processing facility.

The analyzer provides results from just a few drops of sample in approximately 3 seconds, enabling time savings in harvest timing decisions, ripeness monitoring, and quality control workflows. Its wide Brix range (0.0-90.0%) and blueberry-optimized high citric acid range (0.10-4.00%) allow measurement across maturity stages from unripe to over-ripe fruit.

With IP65 protection rating and compact, lightweight design (100 g), it operates reliably in wet and demanding field conditions. Powered by AAA batteries, it functions in gardens and storage areas without electrical infrastructure.
