The APERA INSTRUMENTS PH60S is a portable pH meter engineered for professional pH measurement of semi-solid and solid specimens including cheese, fruit, sushi rice, soil, meat, cosmetics, and similar samples, while also supporting routine liquid pH testing. The instrument features a replaceable Swiss Spear pH sensor, eliminating the need to purchase a new device when the electrode ages. Automatic buffer recognition enables simple 1-to-3 point calibration, while Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) ensures accurate readings across 0–50°C. The High/Low HEADS-UP alarm function with red backlight immediately alerts you to out-of-range results. The color-coded, backlit LCD display shows dual pH/temperature readings with three operational modes (blue for measurement, green for calibration, red for alarm) and provides visual confirmation of completed calibration and stable readings. The complete kit includes calibration buffer solutions, calibration bottles, storage solutions, AAA batteries, and a portable carrying case with shoulder strap.
