The instrument measures fundamental milk parameters including fat, solids-not-fat (SNF), protein, density, lactose, water adulteration, freezing point, and salt content across wide measurement ranges with low error margins. Additionally, integrated pH and conductivity measurement provides rapid sample quality information without the need for additional chemical reagents. Ultrasonic mixer and peristaltic pump enable automatic rinsing, simplifying inter-measurement sample transfer and system maintenance.
