The PAL-BX|ACID4 Master Kit is a portable hybrid instrument from ATAGO that combines refractometry and electrical conductivity principles to simultaneously measure Brix, citric acid and sugar/acid ratio in strawberries and strawberry-based products. Designed for strawberry producers, processing facilities and quality control laboratories.

Unlike traditional titration methods, it requires no reagents or glassware; simply dilute the sample, place on the measurement stage and press START—results appear on the digital display in approximately 3 seconds. This enables fast, reproducible measurements both in the field and laboratory.

The Master Kit package includes the instrument plus essential measurement accessories: a digital balance, glass beaker and measuring spoon. With IP65 protection rating and compact, lightweight design (100 g), it operates reliably in demanding environments such as greenhouses, orchards and processing facilities.
