Atago PAL-Easy ACID4 Master Kit – Strawberry Citric Acid Meter

The PAL-Easy ACID4 Master Kit is a portable acid meter manufactured by Atago for measuring citric acid concentration in strawberries, strawberry juice, strawberry puree, and concentrate. It operates on the electrical conductivity principle and, unlike traditional titration methods, requires no reagents or glassware.

The device measures citric acid in the range of 0.10-3.50%; it operates with ±0.10% acid accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range and ±10% relative accuracy in the 1.01-3.50% range. Measurement time is approximately 3 seconds with automatic temperature compensation valid in the 10-40°C range. With IP65 protection rating, it can be safely used in processing and field environments.

The Master Kit package includes a digital balance, glass beaker, measuring spoon, and necessary accessories, allowing users to begin measurement without purchasing additional equipment. With compact dimensions (55×31×109 mm) and 100 g weight, it provides practical use in both laboratory and field settings. Approximately 5000 measurements can be performed with 2 AAA batteries.

Suitable for rapid and repeatable acid analysis in strawberry processing facilities, quality control laboratories, and agricultural/production field sites.
