Plum Acid Meter PAL-Easy ACID11 Master Kit (Atago)

The PAL-Easy ACID11 Master Kit is a portable acid meter manufactured by Atago, operating on the electrical conductivity principle. It is designed for quality control and production teams who need to rapidly and reproducibly measure combined acid concentration (%) in products such as plums, plum juice, plum jam, and plum concentrate.

The device offers straightforward operation—simply place the sample in the measurement cell and press START; this eliminates the need for reagents, glassware, and disposal procedures required in classical titration methods. It measures within the 0.10-4.00% acid range with 0.01% resolution; it provides ±10% relative accuracy in the 1.01-4.00% range and ±0.10% acid accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range. With IP65 protection rating and a lightweight 100 g body, it is easily deployed in field and production environments.

The Master Kit package includes measurement accessories such as a digital balance, glass beaker, and measuring spoon; enabling the device to be ready for use directly out of the box.
