Atago PAL-Easy ACID14 Master Kit – Pear Acidity Meter

PAL-Easy ACID14 Master Kit is a digital acidity measurement system designed by Atago for rapid and practical determination of acid levels in pears and pear-based products (pear juice, jam, concentrate). Operating on the electrical conductivity principle with multi-fruit acid calibration, it delivers significantly faster results compared to conventional titration methods.

The instrument measures in the 0.10-4.00% acidity range, providing ±0.10% acidity accuracy in the 0.10-1.00% range, and ±10% relative accuracy in the 1.01-4.00% range. Measurement time is approximately 3 seconds—simply place the sample on the sample stage and press START; no separate reagents or glassware required.

The Master Kit package includes a digital scale, glass beaker, and measuring spoon for complete measurement capability. With IP65 protection rating and 100 g weight, it is suitable for field operations and processing plant environments. Powered by 2 AAA batteries with a reported capacity for over 5000 measurements.
