Atago Po-1 Portable Polarimeter

The Atago Po-1 is a compact, portable polarimeter that eliminates the need for traditional observation cells, delivering a practical solution for field analysis and rapid testing applications. By measuring optical rotation with just 3mL of sample in 7 seconds, it addresses the demands of on-site and expedited quality control requirements.

With a weight of 325g, dimensions of 160×101×38mm, and IP67 waterproof protection, the Po-1 performs reliably in demanding field conditions such as agriculture, production lines, and storage facilities. Powered by AAA batteries, it provides true portability without dependence on benchtop instrumentation. The integrated 20mm optical path delivers both sample and time efficiency compared to conventional tube-based polarimetric systems.
