MycoSep® and MultiSep® columns contain concentrated adsorbent material mixtures specifically formulated for all food and feed products. MycoSep® columns enable single-stage cleanup within 30 seconds: the cleanup column is inserted directly into a test tube containing the sample extract, forcing the extract through the column's chemical concentration matrix. Interfering compounds bind to the chemical adsorbent while purified extract containing target analytes passes through. MultiSep® column format provides equivalent single-stage cleanup of sample extracts containing target analytes within 30 seconds: sample extract is applied to the top of the MultiSep® cleanup column, interfering compounds bind to the column's chemical adsorbent, and purified extract containing analytes is collected in an appropriate container.
