MagmaTherm Ash Furnace – 1100°C/1200°C/1300°C

The MagmaTherm Ash Furnace is a high-temperature laboratory muffle furnace designed for ash analysis, sintering, preheating, melting, and oxidation applications. It offers 7 different volume combinations ranging from 5 to 100 liters with maximum temperature options of 1100°C, 1200°C, and 1300°C, accommodating various sample sizes and application requirements.

The furnace features a modular interior design ensuring easy maintenance access to insulation and resistance heating elements. The spring-loaded, heat-sealed hinged door opens 180 degrees, minimizing heat loss while maintaining safe external surface temperatures even during high-temperature operations through optimal insulation thickness. The chimney/exhaust system facilitates gas discharge during combustion and ensures homogeneous heating within the chamber. Heating resistances are embedded in quartz tubes within the insulation brick, minimizing exposure to oxidizing environments and providing protection against short-circuit risks.

The control unit features a 4-line LCD display with user-friendly menu-driven programming and microprocessor-controlled PID temperature regulation achieving ±1°C accuracy. The ramp controller is adjustable from 3°C/min to 20°C/min, allowing multiple heating programs to be stored in memory. Optional features include protective gas connection, door sensor, and secondary thermocouple, with choices of upward or side-opening door configurations.
