3M™ Clean-Trace™ Surface Protein Plus Test Swab is a non-instrumented, single-use hygiene control test that detects protein residues on surfaces using the Biuret reaction principle. A rapid and practical verification tool for food safety and sanitation teams.

The test demonstrates whether protein residue remains on a surface post-cleaning; results are read visually through color change with no equipment required. Validated against major allergen proteins including egg, milk, gluten, soy, and peanut, making it suitable for monitoring allergen cross-contamination risk. Each kit contains one sterile swab with reactive solvent in sterile packaging and requires minimal training for application.

The PRO50 version contains 50 tests per carton; a PRO100 option with 100 tests per carton is also available. Designed exclusively for industrial and professional use.
