3M™ MDMC96 Molecular Assay Matrix Control, 96 Test

3M™ MDMC96 is a matrix control kit designed for laboratories using molecular pathogen detection systems. It is used to verify whether a new or previously untested sample matrix inhibits PCR-based amplification, thereby reducing the risk of false-negative results. Pre-dosed, ready-to-use reagents require only two transfer steps following enrichment, reducing processing time and error risk. The closed-tube system provides additional protection against amplicon contamination. The product is offered under the 3M™ Neogen® brand in the environmental testing category and comes in a single package with 96 test capacity.
