Atago PAL-BX|ACID96 Master Kit – Yogurt Brix-Acid Meter

The PAL-BX|ACID96 Master Kit is a digital instrument from ATAGO that combines refractometry and electrical conductivity principles into hybrid technology to measure Brix, lactic acid, and sugar/acid ratio in yogurt samples in approximately 3 seconds. It is designed for quality control applications in dairy factories and yogurt production facilities.

Unlike traditional titration methods, it requires no reagents or glassware; measurement is performed simply by placing the sample on the prism and pressing the START button. This eliminates both material costs and breakage risks. With IP65 protection rating and a compact 100-gram body, it is easily deployable on production lines and in laboratory environments.

The instrument measures across a 0.0-90.0% Brix range and 0.10-3.00% lactic acid range with accuracy of ±0.2% Brix and ±0.10% acid. The Master Kit package includes all accessories necessary for measurement. Battery operation enables uninterrupted field use.
