The Nabi UV/Vis Nano Spectrophotometer is a laboratory instrument designed for concentration and purity measurement of DNA, RNA, and proteins using very low-volume samples (from 1 µl onwards). It is engineered for researchers conducting molecular biology, genetics, and quality control studies.

The instrument utilizes a Xenon flash lamp light source and a 2,048-pixel CCD detector to perform measurements across a 190-1100 nm wavelength range with ±1 nm accuracy. Thanks to automatic pathlength adjustment (0.01-1.2 mm), direct measurement can be obtained across a wide concentration range (up to 15,000 ng/µl for dsDNA) without requiring cuvettes. The measurement time is only 5 seconds, providing significant time savings in laboratories with high sample throughput.

The 7.0-inch touchscreen LCD panel ensures ease of use, while its compact dimensions (220×280×220 mm) and 5 kg weight make it suitable for benchtop laboratory applications.
