POL-EKO ZLN-UT 200 VIP Ultra Low Temperature Deep Freezer (-86°C)

The ZLN-UT 200 VIP is an ultra low temperature deep freezer with a 259-liter chamber capacity, operating in the -86…-50°C temperature range. Manufactured by Poleko Aparatura, the unit is engineered for laboratories requiring long-term storage of biological specimens, vaccines, plasma, and sensitive biotechnological materials.

The device is offered in two configurations: Smart (4.3" touchscreen) and Smart PRO (7" touchscreen with WiFi), both featuring PID microprocessor control. VIP vacuum insulation panels provide superior thermal insulation, while natural air convection ensures stable cooling performance. The unit achieves cooldown from +20°C to -80°C in 160 minutes; in case of power loss, the warmup time from -80°C to -60°C is 50 minutes, providing a critical safety buffer for specimen integrity.

The inner chamber is fabricated from stainless steel (Smart: DIN 1.4016, Smart PRO: DIN 1.4301). The unit can be optionally equipped with DIN 12880 Class 3.2 overshoot temperature protection. With two internal compartments and 40 kg shelf load capacity, it accommodates 192 storage boxes (133x133x50 mm). LAN/USB connectivity ports (with additional WiFi on Smart PRO) enable remote monitoring.
